Alliance Infotech - Manager - International Sales/Business Development (3-4 yrs)

- We have an opening for an International Business Development Manager for our Customer Experience (CX) enablement solutions built on our CRM and OmniChannel Interaction management platforms. The role is for an Individual Contributor Business Development owner for specific geographies spanning MENA, East Africa and West Africa. The position may require travel once every quarter but moreover is based out our office in New Delhi. Individual would be responsible for finding, developing partnerships and working to create and respond to RFP across different countries of interest. You will work with internal Development team to capture user needs and be able to present and propose solutions. You would carry targets typical of a BD role and your compensation would be superbly rewarding if you attain your set targets.

KRA :

- Engage and Nurture relationship with existing partners.

- Run the playbook for discovering /creating new bidding opportunities and identifying partners to work with on those.

- Design personalized communication and outreach campaigns for target audience

- Follow the life cycle of bidding leading to project orders.

- Work with internal teams to create presentation and demo story boards to fit RFP needs.

- Write compliance and ascertain BOQ for bids.

- E-meet, social media interactions, Face to Face meetings with Partners and client as needed.

- Responsible for end-to-end bid process; from pre bid/ sales stage through to in life bid management, submission and post bid activities including supporting presentations, site visits and contracting process.

- Direct the bid through the bid process ensuring team adherence to templates, tools and governance gates, while meeting deadlines and having full responsibility for the resulting bid response and document ownership.

- Effectively source relevant presentations, briefing papers, credentials, capability documents, case studies and other content to deliver a complete response to the bid request and to accurately promote the wide range of services offered by the company.

- Responsible for writing, design, formatting and quality assurance of the proposal documentation.

- Contribute to both the solution, and the commercial proposals.

- Create collateral based on Bid responses.

Ideal Background :

- 3 years of minimum work experience in Business Development role with partner driven sales

- Atleast one year of working with international clients and carrying Revenue targets.

- Experience in one or more of the following areas of solutioning - CRM , Omni Channel Contact Centre , Call Centre solution , IVRS, Voice Logger, Telephony Solution , IPPBX , Chat Bot.

- Direct customer facing role for an year

- A degree in Technology or an MBA is essential

- Clear Spoken and Written Communication Skills in English.

- Ability to use AI and tools to automate outreach , create communication campaign

- Should be adept with phone and chat based conversation with prospect

- Proven track record of independently winning quality, high-ticket projects (Sales $)

- Should be able to prepare detailed proposal documents and SoW using templates or from scratch

- Must be flexible to working in different time zone, travel outside the country (once a qtr)

- Relationship-builder, Problem Solver, Rational Negotiator.

- An interest in the sector in which your employer operates, coupled with a willingness to keep up to date with industry trends, regulations and legislation

- Attention to the details, Follow-up, Ability to summarize and report progress
