Senior Graphic Designer

- Our success has driven us to expand globally, and we are excited about growing our team in Bangalore in 2019! As part of this growth, we are establishing the Creative Agency within our organization. Alliance Data partners with over 145 brands to deliver best-in-class credit loyalty programs.

- The Bangalore Creative Agency produces primarily print collateral for our card members. As the Graphic Designer, you will be is responsible for conceptualizing, developing, and implementing branded sales and communication materials.

- As a brand steward focused on senior level graphic design for layout and production, your primary responsibilities will be with concepting, layout, layout revisions, creating mock-ups, developing presentation materials and working closely with design leads, senior managers and other marketing partners to create communication materials. We will also look to you to informally mentor the junior professionals and seek ways to encourage ongoing growth of creative development for the team.

- Critical to this role is the successful creation of high-quality design in support of a wide range of brands.

- It is expected that the Graphic Designer maintains a deep understanding of brands and how to design within their unique brand guidelines while remaining accountable for consistently delivering high-quality design solutions.

- It is expected that as the Sr. Graphic designer, you are able to creative concepts from abstract idea through to implementation of a tangible, visual execution. To accomplish this, you will work extensively with Adobe Creative Suite; particularly with InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and Acrobat.

Education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities that are minimal in this role are as follows :

- Bachelor of Art (BA), Bachelor or Fine Art (BFA), Bachelor in other studies; Marketing, Communications or related field with strong portfolio of professional accomplishment.-

- Five or more years of professional work experience in a marketing or communications-related field to include designing complex materials for multiple brands, in-house or agency and the handling of high volume of complex design projects.

- Experience working in or supporting the financial sector a plus

- Experience with Creative Suite
