Key Responsibilities :

- Developing strong professional relationships with the students and college stakeholders in the assigned territory

- Ideating and executing activities/events in colleges to create and strengthen relationships with student community

- Increasing brand awareness among the students

- Creating and managing a network of students leading to organic promotions

- Being 'trusted-advisor' to students in the colleges

- Creating opportunities for organic promotion

- Be the source of detailed on-ground intelligence for the company

- Keeping abreast with the latest market trends and product developments

- Being the source of opportunities for both marketing and sales team

- Creating the student-faculty network in the colleges and also support marketing activities in colleges

- Regularly meet with students to address concerns and provide solutions

- Discover sales opportunities through strong student connections

Qualification and Experience :

- Proven experience as a Relationship Manager, PR Manager, Business Development Manager

- Excellent people skills and communication skills

- Basic MS Office skills

- Problem-solving attitude

- Graduation/Post-Graduation-any field/Business, Marketing or a related field

Location : PAN India

Experience : 4+Years
