Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute public relations plan including strategy, goals, budget and tactics
- Handling an on-ground team of 20 PROs (relationship officers), monitor their work, prepare reports etc.
- Analyze the data, make into presentable reports and derive meaningful inferences
Qualification and Experience :
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office is a must; working knowledge of program/project management software (MS Project etc.) is a strong advantage
- Outstanding leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving ability
- Coordinate all public relations activities in medical colleges via team
- Organize branding activities like seminar, guest sessions etc. via team
- Identify potential student engagement activities in target colleges and drive the same via team
- Monitor and analyze data on daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly basis
- Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices
- Lead the operational strategy of the team to meet the organization's goals and objectives
- Identify deviations and risks to create programs, processes, and policies leading to best possible output
