KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS :
- Understand the requirement of the customer.
- Provide demo of the software to the customer.
- Coordination with customers, maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and develop strong relationships.
- Researches and analyses all aspects of existing business practices and procedures.
- Coordinates testing of software updates/patches.
- Stay updated with product knowledge.
- Encourage/influence customers to extend and/or expand the use of our product.
SKILLS :
- 1+ years experience in sales of ERP/Accounting Solutions.
- Good knowledge of accounting.
- Strong communication skills
- Good analytical, grasping, and problem-solving skills.
