Job Description :

- We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Telemarketing Specialist to join our team. As a Telemarketing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in promoting our products and services over the phone. This position is open exclusively to female candidates to enhance diversity and inclusivity in our workplace.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Outbound Calls : Initiate outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads or contact lists.

2. Product Knowledge : Acquire in-depth knowledge of our products and services to effectively communicate their features and benefits.

3. Pitching : Deliver persuasive and engaging sales pitches to generate interest and close sales deals.

4. Customer Relationship : Build and maintain positive relationships with customers by addressing their queries and concerns.

5. Sales Targets : Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

6. Record Keeping : Maintain accurate records of calls and sales activities in our CRM system.

7. Feedback : Provide valuable feedback to the marketing and sales teams based on customer interactions.

8. Compliance : Ensure compliance with all relevant telemarketing regulations and guidelines.

9. Continuous Learning : Stay updated on industry trends and sales techniques to improve performance.

10. Team Collaboration : Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to a positive team environment.

Qualifications :

- Previous telemarketing or sales experience is preferred but not mandatory.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Persuasive and results-oriented mindset.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Strong organizational and time management skills.

- Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
