MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS :
1. Must be from IIMS/IITs.
2. Team management experience is mandatory.

3. You can Identify and nurture the talent to build a team, which can operate on its own, with little/no supervision.
4. You must be able to work with little/no supervision.
