Aliens Group - Manager - Customer Relationship Management (1-4 yrs)
Primary roles & responsibilities include:
- Handling the customer's queries and solving the issues
- Scheduling the appointment with the Managers
- Send regular intimation mails for progress based payment
- Maintain the relationship with the existing customers
- Interact with the customers to collect GST and Taxes.
Basic requirements include :
- Good communication
- Minimum qualification: Graduation with minimum 80% marks in class 10th or
- Intermediate or Graduation or Post
- Extra-curricular with some career spikes and achievements.
