Aliens Group - Direct Sales Role (1-5 yrs)
- Should collect documents from customers.
- Sanction the Loan process for existing and new customers.
- Maintaining relationship with the existing banking partners.
- Acting as a link of information flow between the department head and team managers.
- Ensuring disbursement has been done on time.
- Handle objecions of customers and bankers.
Basic Requirements Include :
- Must have 2 wheeler with keen interest in 60% of field work.
- Should have excellent persuasion skills,target orientation and tactfulness
- Comfortable with working VUCA environment.
