Aliens Group - Customer Relationship Officer (0-5 yrs)
1. Monitoring relationships with existing customers and providing an effective sale funnel.
2. Optimizing existing customer database to reach out to prospective customers in future.
3. Developing innovative and novel techniques of attracting and onboarding new sets of customers
4. Ensuring timely collections from existing as well as new customers
5. Executing low hanging collections
6. Providing assistance in flat shifts, loan shifts to the customers
7. Be the SPOC for all the registrations, procedural work and handovers to the specific customer and providing them with a warm onboarding experience.
