Job Overview :

We are looking to hire a Vice President of Marketing who will be in charge of leading our company's marketing efforts. As a successful hire, you will be responsible for providing guidance to our marketing department by evaluating and developing marketing strategies, planning and coordinating marketing efforts, communicating the marketing plans to those involved, and building awareness and positioning for our company's brands.

Your team will be responsible for business strategies to be well positioned in Social Media. This includes Vision & Strategic context, journey design, local origination, organization, assessment, maturity modelling, cross-channel utilization, blueprint & modelling, and roadmap acceleration.

Your team will act as the advocates for the local consumers, mapping content and channels across journeys for positive brand engagement, maintain and leverage data to support journey decisions.

You will be responsible to develop KPI measurement guidelines - as per agile local market requirements, audience targeting, segmentation, and personalization across channels and touch-points.

Your team is responsible for driving content strategy, including social media engagement rules, determining optimum consumer digital experience based on data and insights, providing recommendations to clients on campaign planning, performance optimization, and process improvements.

Responsibilities and Duties :

- In this role you are required to identify and assess complex problems for area of responsibility

- Plan and achieve marketing goals including profitability and sales targets for the existing SBUs on a monthly basis through regular monitoring of the market trends, planning the short and long term strategies and driving initiatives to support the plan.

- Developing lean processes and KPIs to measure the marketing performance.

- Leverage digital and data analytics for innovation and impact in customer reach and engagement.

- Responsible for alliance management with strategic partners to achieve business goals.

- Conduct competitive research to identify our strengths and weaknesses.

- Develop strategies across all channels such as Social Media, Email, Offline etc.

- Assess the performance of our Advertising campaigns and Events.

- Monitor, analyze, and evaluate market trends, consumer behaviour and competitor activity to identify market opportunities; adjust marketing strategy and plan to meet changing markets and competitive conditions.

- Craft our differentiation strategy.

- Setting daily, weekly, monthly and yearly targets, and implementing various incentives to ensure they are achieved.

- Supervising marketing events and launches and using these spaces to network with industry professionals.

- Assisting with the recruitment, training, and onboarding of new staff.

- Preparing and reviewing monthly, quarterly, and yearly budgets, and allocating resources appropriately.

Skills Required :

We are looking for individuals who have the following skillset:

- Bachelor's Degree/MBA/Similar in marketing, branding, business, PR, or a similar field.

- Corporate planning & strategic planning

- Operations Management

- Good understanding of Branding and Brand building models and methods.

- Strong understanding of Pan India markets across a wide range of categories.

- Highly observant and analytical.

- Strong leadership skills and the ability to make difficult decisions.
