Alchemist - Manager/Senior Manager - Client Servicing (3-7 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Meet clients on a regular basis and represent the team
2. Research clients' products, services, plans, competitors and target markets
3. Brief colleagues and work with them to plan and implement the best solutions for the client
4. Capable of handling small events and taking decisions on field
5. Following up and negotiating the terms of pricing and framing the contract agreement with vendors
6. Capable of handling and solving client complaints
7. Preparation of various weekly & monthly reports and handover to division head
8. Ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget
Skills required:
1. Strong organizational & time-management skills, able to do multi-tasking
2. Meticulous with an eye for detail
