Key Role:

- Responsible for ensuring development of strategy, plans as well as ensuring end to end project delivery for digital & field campaign and services to clients and Familiar with political election campaign management

Position Details:

- Manage political campaigns and responsible for end to end delivery.

- Plan and design campaign activity to create awareness among people.

- Manage ground teams deployed in specific geographies or campaigns

- Provide timely project strategies to client

- Work closely with client to understand project requirement and accordingly build strategy and delivery plan.

- Work with the team to help and develop strategy including digital and field strategy & execution plans for the client. This would entail close coordination with the client and provide accurate scope of work to team.

- Arrange team training and do team hand holding on project execution.

- Arrange team building exercise at field level which includes hiring and deployment of eligible and interested work force.

- Develop mechanism of MIS on regular interval as per project requirement.

- Develop weekly plans and finalize agreed plans with the client to proactively drive initiatives

- Develop detailed monthly calendars and finalize with the client

- Effectively position the company's service offerings with a focus on consistent client retention

- Create/edit content and talk lines in all creatives to ensure accuracy and relevance to the client

- Supports team to present creative work to clients for approval or modification

Skill Set Requirements:

- Experience & exposure with digital marketing concepts as well as hands-on conceptualization & execution of digital marketing and field campaigns on various platforms.

- Familiar with political election campaign management

- Experience & exposure in the development of brand enhancing

- Experience in a marketing agency or an end user organization in a digital marketing role

- Out of box thinker, creative and realistic planner.

- Presentable communication skill.
