Position : Sales Officer

Experience : 4-5 years in selling Cyber Security Services to corporates

Location : Noida

Overview : We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Officer to join our dynamic team and contribute to the growth of our Cyber Security Services division. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of successfully selling cyber security solutions to corporate clients. As a Sales Officer, you will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and closing deals to achieve sales targets.

Education : A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field is preferred.


Responsibilities :

1. Sales Strategy : Develop and implement effective sales strategies to promote and sell our Cyber Security Services to corporate clients.

2. Lead Generation : Identify and pursue potential clients through various channels such as cold calling, networking, referrals, and industry events.

3. Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.

4. Consultative Selling : Understand clients' specific cyber security needs and tailor solutions to address their unique requirements effectively.

5. Product Knowledge : Stay up-to-date with the latest cyber security trends, industry standards, and our service offerings to effectively communicate the value proposition to potential clients.

6. Sales Presentations : Conduct compelling and informative sales presentations to showcase the benefits and features of our cyber security services.

7. Negotiation and Deal Closing : Negotiate contracts and close deals with corporate clients, meeting or exceeding sales targets.

8. Collaborative Approach : Work closely with the marketing team to align sales efforts with marketing campaigns and ensure a consistent brand message.

9. Sales Reporting : Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and customer interactions using our CRM system.

10. Market Research : Monitor and analyze market trends, competitors, and client feedback to identify opportunities for business growth.
