Job Title : Sales Engineer

Who we are looking for :

- We are seeking a qualified and dynamic Sales Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a well-rounded skill set that combines technical expertise, effective communication, problem-solving abilities, and strong business acumen. As a Sales Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales success by bridging the gap between technical intricacies and customer needs.

- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and technical queries promptly, reinforcing trust in our products and services.

- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and sales professionals.

1. Technical Expertise :

- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our products/services, including features, specifications, and applications.

- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive products.

2. Communication Skills :

- Effectively communicate complex technical information in a clear and concise manner.

- Practice active listening to understand customer needs and tailor communication accordingly.

3. Problem-Solving Abilities :

- Employ analytical thinking to identify and solve challenges quickly and effectively.

- Demonstrate adaptability to evolving markets and changing customer requirements.

4. Sales and Business Acumen :

- Understand the business goals and challenges of customers to position our offerings as tailored solutions.

- Collaborate closely with the sales team, providing technical support to enhance the sales process.

5. Presentation Skills :

- Conduct engaging product demonstrations and presentations for both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Project confidence and poise in presenting technical information to instil trust in customers.

Minimum Qualifications :

- 4 to 6 years of work experience.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or MBA in a related field.

What Would You Be Expected To Do :

1. Engage in daily technical consultations with potential clients to understand their specific needs and challenges.

2. Interact with existing and potential clients on a daily basis, building and nurturing relationships.

3. Address daily customer inquiries, concerns, and technical queries promptly, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

4. Work closely with the sales team on a daily basis to provide essential technical support throughout the sales cycle.

5. Conduct daily market research to stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive products.

6. Analyze daily customer feedback and incorporate insights into refining sales strategies and product positioning.

7. Provide insights and recommendations based on daily research to contribute to sales and marketing strategies.

8. Proven experience in a sales engineering or similar technical sales role.

9. Profound understanding of Augmented Reality (AR) and Virtual Reality (VR) technologies.

10. Familiarity with AR/VR hardware, software, and development tools will be an added advantage.

11. Experience in creating and delivering AR/VR demonstrations and presentations is a plus.
