Ajmal Perfumes - Manager - Digital Marketing (5-10 yrs)

Roles and Responsibilities :

1) Develops digital marketing strategy by studying economic indicators, tracking changes in supply and demand, identifying customers and their current and future needs, and monitoring the competition.

2) Leading marketing campaigns from the idea stage through to their execution and implementation

3) Plans and executes all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.

4) Contributes to marketing effectiveness by identifying short-term and long-range issues that must be addressed.

5) Measures and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs).

6) Identifies trends and insights, and optimizes spend and performance based on the insights.

7) Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.

Plans, executes, and measures experiments and conversion tests.

8) Collaborates with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.

9) Utilizes strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.

10) Identifies critical conversion points and drop off points and optimizes user funnels.

11) Negotiating advertising contracts

12) Working with other department heads and staff to discuss plans and marketing strategies

13) Collaborating with finance staff to set and stay within Budget Prepare accurate reports on our marketing campaigns overall performance.

14) Coordinate with advertising and media experts to improve marketing results.

- Identify the latest trends and technologies affecting our industry.

15) Evaluate important metrics that affect our website traffic, service quotas, and target audience.

16) Oversee and manage all contests, giveaways, and other digital projects.

17) Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies

Requirements : 

1) Bachelors degree in marketing or relevant field.

2) A minimum of 5 years- experience in a digital marketing or advertising position.

3) In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics.

4) Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is required.

5) Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

6) Up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.

7) Proven working experience in digital marketing

8) Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns

9) Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate

10) Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels

11) Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments

12) Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)

13) Experience in setting up and optimizing Digital platforms campaigns

14) Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints

15) Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking

16) Coaching and subordinate involvement

19) Proficient in marketing research and statistical analysis
