Job Description :
- Handling Sales Calls from US Customers.
- Follow ups with customers and clients for existing reservations.
- Sell / cross sell travel related services (Flights, Hotel, Car, Travel Insurance, Packages etc)
- International BPO voice process For Airline reservations and Sales.
- Meeting monthly performance metrics/ sales target.
Skills Required :
- Must have 1 year + experience in US Travel Sales Process (Voice)
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
- Flexible to work in any shifts (24X7)
- Candidate with Amadeus & Sabre - GDS knowledge will be given preference.
