Job Description :
- The candidate should have experience working in the IT Outsourcing Industry and dealing with International Clients.
- The candidate should have experience generating leads through Online Bidding Platform Upwork & LinkedIn.
- The candidate should have proficiency in understanding Client requirements & handling an initial conversation with the Client.
- The candidate should have proficiency in managing the Sales Cycle, Lead Pipeline, and closing project with the help of a Senior Team member.
- The candidate should be able to formulate Sales strategy with the Senior Team Lead and implement the same to generate leads & business.
- Ability to communicate with the Client & team members in the English language. Ability to learn various aspect related to Information & Technology Service Industry and implement it accordingly.
- Ability to manage a friendly & productive environment with Business Analysts, Technical Team, Project Managers, and other Stakeholders.
Must Have Skills :
- Well-versed in Written & Oral Communication
- Proficient in generating leads through Upwork & LinkedIn Proficient in scheduling calls with prospect & closing projects with help of Sales Lead
- Good To Have Technical knowledge of SDLC Cycle & how IT Outsourcing Industry Works
- Ability to communicate with Client Independently Ability to handle end-to-end Sales cycle.
