Job Description: Business Development Executive
- You will be interacting with leads globally, especially with customers in the US.
- Research potential target markets based on our product and technology offerings and on the overall markets' needs, and create actionable target prospects lists, also leveraging an existing network
- Generate leads and outbound prospecting to potential clients directly.
- Run a consultative sales process, whereas acquiring actionable information on clients' needs and defining market opportunities accordingly is as important as closing deals, in this phase
- You will be communicating with the potential customers, understand their needs, clarify what we offer, provide a sales proposal and quote and generate invoices to get started.
Responsibilities :
Outbound Prospecting - Your primary job responsibility will be to aggressively seek out new business opportunities and build initial interest.
- Rapidly respond to and qualify inbound inquiries regarding interest in our services from sales leads.
- Generate leads, cold reach out to potential partners, understand their needs and convert them by highlighting relevant product features.
- Ability to connect the solutions we offer with our clients' business needs quickly.
- Build a great first impression with our prospects over email or phone.
- Understand all the various solutions and platforms we have in place to provide appropriate solutions to the clients and direct the project to the right team responsible for that solution.
- Keep updated on ongoing projects and proactively provide suggestions when required.
- Maintain active engagement with new and existing leads through creative follow-up communications designed to increase interest and excitement in our solutions.
- Partner closely with teammates and experienced team leads from various departments to develop creative strategies to increase conversion rates from lead-to-opportunity.
- Work efficiently both independently and as a member of a cross-functional team.
Requirements :
- Work experience in Business Development or Sales, Must have experience working with US Clients.
- Demonstrated success in creating and growing an actionable pipeline of prospects
- Demonstrated success in achieving and surpassing ambitious sales targets and quotas
- Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, coupled with excellent listening skills and a positive presence
- Have the ability to collaborate across different teams effectively and efficiently.
- Must be willing to work in Night Shift IST.
