Agrigator - Cluster Business Head - Sales (8-12 yrs)

About the Role :

- Your role as Cluster Business Manager would be to profitably grow agrigator in terms of revenue and penetration in your cluster.

- You will create an incisive Go-To-Market strategy to increase the market penetration and grow market share across Corporates (Industry, Mills), Traders, FPO, Brokers and Fleet owners & transporters for your cluster.

- Additionally, the role offers an opportunity to build and grow your team, which should be exciting for any aspiring sales manager.

- What makes the role more challenging is that you would develop your skills in pricing, negotiation, product GTM strategies along with collections.

- This role would report directly to the Business Head.

- Drive and execute the sales delivery in the designated end market sector.

- Work collaboratively with other end markets colleagues and functions such as Operations, Engineering, Strategy, Services etc.

- Responsibility for the cluster sales forecasting, KPIs, and leadership in line with wider agrigator vision.

- Leadership of cluster sales support functions; sales support, internal sales, product feedback and other related back-office activity plus support functions such as HR, & Finance.

Key Objectives :

- Prospect and acquire potential customers using various direct methods such as calling and face to face meetings, and indirect methods such as networking. You will also leverage the Inside Sales team for customer acquisition.

- Establish relationships with new customers and secure contracts with new customers to achieve assigned sales targets.

- Oversight of sales strategy for cluster and delivery of sales against agreed targets

- Account development planning of cluster to drive long term growth.

- Accountability of P&L for cluster

- Direct customer ownership and sales activity; supporting, managing, and coaching sales teams to drive.

- Customer penetration

- Profitability

- End to end sales leadership across product portfolio

- Ensure accurate and transparent sales forecasting across cluster.

- Driving strategic and operational excellence across different channels and in collaboration with other internal teams in cluster.

- Ensure Daily Sales Outstanding is maintained at an appropriate level via collections of outstanding amounts for your cluster.

Other Objectives :

- Plan daily goals both for the team as well as individually & work towards achieving them.

- Managing sales in a result-focused environment.

- Making effective sales presentations and closing deals.

- Identifying potential customers and new business opportunities.

- Constantly liaising with other departments for smooth functioning.

- Maintaining own awareness of product in order to sell effectively.

- Identify competency gap and scheduling of refresher training.

- Maintaining daily, weekly & Monthly MIS
