Customer Relationship Manager

What kind of professional exposure/technical skills should you have?

- Monitor relationships with existing customers through CRM systems

- Ensure the CRM system provides an effective sales funnel

- Develop and implement marketing techniques that will drive new customers.

- Good knowledge of relevant CRM software- Zoho CRM and Zoho Bigin

- Building and maintaining profitable relationships with key customers.

- Overseeing the relationship with customers handled by your team.

- Resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently.

- Keeping customers updated on the latest products in order to increase sales.

- Meeting with managers in the organization to plan strategically.

- Expanding the customer base by upselling and cross-selling.

- Understanding key customer individual needs and addressing these.

- Conducting business reviews using CRM programs.

- Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone

What key traits should you have ?

- Proven brilliance in academics and co-curricular activities, throughout your education and career trajectory

- Natural alignment to - Intrapreneurship- Where one enjoys working in a startup environment, and takes initiatives to build his/her own team and business vertical
