- Achieve and drive distribution width, dealer expansion, town expansion, trade engagement and sales force efficiency through automation
Key Skills:
- Candidate will be responsible to demonstrate high standards of leadership, integrity & ethical behavior
- Candidate will be responsible to lead and guide the team of Sales Managers, Executives & deliver the Sales objectives of the company
- Derive a route to market plan for each territory keeping in mind the sales dynamics of each region.
- Candidate will be responsible Monitor coverage objectives of the team and ensure efficient retail distribution by the same of the companys brands.
- Ensure presence across all channels of consumption and achieve leadership in distribution.
