AGM - Marketing - Real Estate (7-10 yrs)
We have excellent opening with one of the leading Real Estate company in Gurgaon location :
MBA is must from Tier-1 or Tier-2 college
1. Preparation of annual and quarterly marketing plans in consultation with sales
2. Execute marketing plan to generate targetted number of leads and to achieve stated quality of leads within budget to meet sales targets
3. Plan digital campaigns and execute the plan
4. Manage advertising, digital and media agencies
5. Conduct customer research related to design and evaluate communication
6 Manage marketing budget to be within allocated budget and manage cost of sales
7. Production and printing of collaterals required from time to time
8. Manage /Execute Site branding
9. Develop and implement go to market plan for new projects
10. Provide support to Corp Communications for social media (other than paid media) and for photoshoot
