Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Consultant located in Gurugram. The Real Estate Consultant will be responsible for determining clients' needs and financial abilities to propose suitable real estate solutions. This includes providing expert advice and guidance to clients in buying, selling, or renting properties. You will utilize your in-depth knowledge of the real estate market to help clients make informed decisions and achieve their property goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Client Consultation: Meet with clients to understand their real estate needs and preferences.

- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify trends, property values, and investment opportunities.

- Property Listings: Create and manage property listings for sale or rent, ensuring accurate and compelling descriptions and images.

- Property Evaluation: Evaluate properties to determine their market value and potential for investment or resale.

- Negotiation: Negotiate offers, contracts, and terms of sale or lease on behalf of clients to achieve the best possible outcomes.

- Client Representation: Represent clients during property transactions, providing guidance and support throughout the process.

- Networking: Build and maintain relationships with real estate professionals, developers, investors, and other stakeholders to expand business opportunities.

- Legal Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant real estate laws, regulations, and ethical standards. Documentation: Prepare and review legal documents, contracts, and agreements related to property transactions.

- Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in any field (preferred).

- Proven experience in real estate sales, consulting, or a related role.

- Strong understanding of local real estate markets, industry trends, and legal requirements.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

- Proficiency in real estate software and CRM tools.

- High level of professionalism, integrity, and ethical conduct.

- Additional Requirements:

- Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate client schedules.
