AGM/DGM - Sales & Marketing - Textile Accessories (8-12 yrs)
One of our clients, a leading Public Limited company manufacturing and marketing Technical Textile accessories is on the look out for a No.2 person (succession planning) reporting to their Head of Marketing & Sales, based out of Mumbai. The JD is as under :
Job Title AGM / DGM - Sales and Marketing
Core Competencies Skills :
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Should have excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills
- Handle a team and achieve sales target
- Achieve sales figures and work under pressure
Attitude:
- Enterprising, highly driven
Experience / Qualifications
- A high caliber marketing professional with 8 - 10 years of prior experience in sales function. Preferably having experience in fields related to technical textiles/garment accessories/footwear accessories/leather accessories. He can also be from Hardware/Other Related functions.
- He / She should have a thorough understanding of the drivers of the business and should have demonstrated the ability to adapt and deliver in an aggressive and competitive environment
Job Responsibilities

- Controlling topline and bottomline activities
- Planning growth and expansion
- Marketing strategy
- Advertising
- Promotions
- Brand Management
- Retail and Institutional Sales Management
- Monitoring competitors activities
