Relevant Exp.required :

- Must be 8+ years of exp. in Sales & Marketing

- Must be from healthcare services/ care @home background

- Excellent communication skills.

Role & Responsibilities:

- Ownership of sales targets for all defined service lines / channels / geogrpahies including but not limited to:

- Nursing

- Assistance

- CCN - Critical Care Nursing (ICU@Home)

- Pathology (sample collection at home)

- Pharmacy deliveries

- Physiotherapy

- Equipments

- Other services (existing or new)

- Sales process management :

- Establish sales SoPs and practices to improve input tracking and sales force effectiveness and productivity

- Lead design for sales tools, scripts, product guides etc.

- Develop and implement daily / weekly / monthly sales tracking mechanisms

- Design and execute the stakeholder engagement plan (including clinicians)

- Monitor sales metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts) for the sales team

- Finalize contracts and tie-ups with B2B and other partners

- Sales policies and incentive management:

- Define incentive policies for various stakeholders (including regular revision as per performance)

- Maintain the budget guidelines of incentives / discounts / engagements

- Work closely with the marketing team for marketing and promotional activities (ATL/BTL)

- Budgeting and forecasting :

- Lead the annual budgeting for revenues in conjunction with the other leadership team members

- Roll-out budgets to sales team members on a monthly / quarterly basis

- Forecast sales (at regular intervals), develop - out of the box- sales strategies/models and evaluate their effectiveness

- Relationship management / BD :

- Establish strong relationships with various stakeholders

- Establish working relations with other functions within functions

- Generate new business using existing and potential customer networks in the region

- People management :

- Lead the overall sales team - maintain strong camaraderie, cohesiveness and performance culture within the team

- Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales executives.
