AGM/DGM - Business Development (Redevelopment Specialist)
Responsibilities:
- To act as a SPOC between society management and the Company on redevelopment and SRA projects.
- Communication & follow up regularly with brokers, PMCs, checking tenders etc.
- Prepare working, presentation and feasibility of shortlisted society redevelopment proposals.
- Regular touchbase, visits and communication with shortlisted society members and negotiating with them.
- Internal coordination and understanding with other teams for the required details.
- Basic knowledge of real estate regulations (DCR)
