AGM/DGM - Business Development - Land Acquisition (8-12 yrs)
Responsibilities
- Evaluate land for acquisition under outright or asset light models (Land acquisition, JDA, JV or Profit share)
- Evaluate projects across business segments of Residential, Commercial & Warehousing
- Manage Sourcing & Channel relationships.
- Understanding and preparing statements as per DCPR 2034 , Unified DCR for MMR region.
- Stay updated with any Government resolutions issued from time to time that shall have direct impact on feasibility.
