Agira Technologies - Executive - Business Development (1-2 yrs)
Position: Business Development Executive (BDE)
Location: Chennai
Responsibilities:
- You'll engage with leads focusing particularly on customers in the US.
- Conduct research to identify potential target markets aligned with our service offerings and market needs, compiling actionable prospect lists while leveraging existing networks.
- Initiate lead generation and outbound prospecting activities directly targeting potential clients.
- Engage with potential customers to understand their requirements and provide clarity on our offerings.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in business development USA IT sale
- Willing to work in night shifts.
- Strong communication with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of the industry and market dynamics relevant to the company's services.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
