We are looking for a deal maker to join our team.

Your primary responsibilities will be to uncover and connect with new prospective clients, relay our advantage story, and differentiate our offering from everyone else's (don't worry, we've already done all the hard work on this, you get to be the evangelist)! You'll work primarily with the senior management to close clients and deliver the best results - while maintaining a fantastic working relationship with clients. Our NUMBER ONE priority is to be a value-added, long term partnership with clients.

You Will:

- Consult, negotiate and make progress on deals across all four products to the point of signing with decision-makers or business owners.

- Financial Target and sale - ensure targets are met and profits are met

- Tracking of deals and the status with the department

- Management of financial targets and growth

- Manage day to day stakeholder relationships

- Tracking of the business and credit deals maintaining an asset register

- Manage and review all sales forecast and budget performance

- Tracking the deal Lifecycle effectively

Who are we looking for?

- You must have a solid understanding of Financial Markets, Capital Raising and M&A

- You have got 2-5 years of experience in deal-making.

- An Excellent grasp of English and German and able to demonstrate good written skills

- Excellent communicator with outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

- Exceptional analytical skills and financial modelling acumen.

- Must be ambitious, comfortable with taking initiative and self-motivated.

- Energetic personality and a team player that is driven by profit.

- Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines and handle a high volume of work.
