Skills required :

Requirements : 

Education : BCom/ MCom/ BBA/

Specialties : Accounting, Bookkeeping, QuickBooks Desktop & Online, Inventory Management and finance

Roles and Responsibilities : 

- Work independently or/and as part of a team contributing to a multi-layered solution architecture and understand the specified business, application, data and migration requirements.

- Provide technical assistance to customers in using software.

- Strong Analytical & Numerical skills

- Good understanding of Excel is a must.

- Good Communication skills

- Flexible to work on any of the technologies

- Flexibility & Adaptability to changing situations

- Good Attitude & Learning urge

- Quick learner with a Good Communication skill is a must.

- Must be self-driven, self-motivated with good soft skills.

- Open for new challenges and learning and flexible to work and support the team as per the business need

- Prior Knowledge or experience in any Accounting and/or Inventory Management Software.

- Able to work under pressure in a challenging environment.

- Ability to work effectively in a global organization, under time pressure and to manage ambiguity.

- Demonstrated analytical, problem solving, decision making, and communication skills.

- Ability to prioritize tasks, handle multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.

Requirements : 

- Experienced in any international process - outbound sales/voice process

- Comfortable with calling process

- Comfortable with night shift

- Excellent communication skills required

- Experience into accounting software sales /technical sales /Travel sales would be an added advantage

Location : Udyog vihar phase 5 Gurgaon

- Night shift 7pm to 4am and cab facility

- 5 days working Sat sun fix off
