Roles and Responsibilities :
- The candidate will be submitting proposals on various bidding channels on a day-to-day basis as per the set KPIs.
- The job profile will include mainly lead generation. The ability to convert will be an advantage.
- The ideal candidate should have flair for sales, and a natural ability to build a rapport with people.
- The candidate is expected to work both independently as well as a part of the team, based on the required needs of the business.
- The profile includes business development mainly in the international market.
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Candidates must have exposure to online portals such as Upwork, Guru, Freelancer etc.
- Candidates must have the ability to write effective proposals and should have strong convincing power as well.
- Excellent client interaction and handling skills
