Day Shift

JOB DESCRIPTION :

-We are hiring dynamic Business Development Executive / Business Development Manager experienced in Online Bidding platforms like UpWork.

Roles and responsibilities ::

- Responsible for Online Bidding on Upwork.

- Generating new Business for a wide range of Digital Services.

- Experience with Lead generator, Calling, Drafting of proposals.

- Client interaction, Negotiation, Follow ups, and also coordinate with the technical team.

- Create a Business Proposal, Presentations, Slides, and other documents as required by a potential client.

- Must have Excellent English Language Fluency (Written communication & Verbal Skills).

- Technical Knowledge about the current trends in Web and App designing and development is mandatory.

- Must have experience in bidding & generating business through bidding portals like upwork.

- He/She should be able to speak with new and existing clients over phone and chat.

- Be able to coordinate with clients (Scheduling meetings and calls).

- Experience with interacting with clients in US, Canada, Australia, UK Countries

- Ability to develop good relationships with current and potential clients.

- Excellent leadership, Presentation skills and communication skills. (English is must)

Required Skills :

- Minimum 1 year of experience of Business development for International clients.

- Must have experience in online bidding.

- Bachelor /Master's degree in Business, marketing or related field.

- Strong communication and IT fluency.
