- By giving regular coaching and training, you can build and keep a high-achieving sales team.
- Define and share with the team the goals and targets for sales.
- Assess and track each agent's and the team's overall performance.
- To accomplish sales goals and targets, develop and implement sales tactics.
Candidates Requirements:
- Graduation is mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
- CTC: up to 4.00 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
