Job Title: Agency Sales Manager - Insurance

Job Overview :

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Agency Sales Manager to oversee the sales activities of our insurance agency. The successful candidate will be responsible for recruiting, training, and managing a team of agents to meet sales targets, drive revenue growth, and improve customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities :

- Recruit and train new agents for the firm, ensuring that they are well-versed in insurance products and sales methods.

- Create and implement sales plans and tactics to increase revenue and meet or surpass sales targets.

- Coach and mentor agents on sales strategies, customer service, and product understanding.

- To increase sales results, conduct frequent performance assessments of agents and provide constructive criticism.

- Market trends, competitive activity, and consumer feedback should be monitored and analysed to find chances for improvement and new tactics.

- Work with other departments to ensure that sales strategies are in line with overall corporate objectives.

- Ensure that agents follow all corporate policies and procedures, including regulatory obligations.

- Manage sales data and analytics to track performance, detect trends, and build action plans.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in any field.

- A minimum of 3 years' experience in field sales and marketing.

- Experience leading and motivating a sales staff.

- Strong knowledge of insurance products and services, as well as regulatory requirements.

- Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities.

- Analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Capability to operate both independently and collaboratively.

- Adaptability in a fast-paced and changing workplace.

Salary : 3 To 4 LPA + Incentives
