Job Title: Agency Sales Manager

Summary :

As an Agency Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals and driving revenue growth through building and maintaining relationships with agency partners. You will be responsible for managing the sales process, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities :

- Team leadership involves managing a group of sales representatives, including defining goals, assessing progress, offering coaching and feedback, and boosting morale and motivation.

- In order to meet sales goals, give sales presentations, develop new business possibilities by reaching out to agency partners, and establishing relationships with them.

- Relationship management: Establish and uphold solid bonds with agency partners to comprehend their requirements, deliver first-rate customer support, and guarantee long-lasting company relationships.

- Sales Process Management: Handle all aspects of the sales process, from lead generation to deal closure, including managing sales pipelines, creating sales proposals, holding sales meetings, and offering precise sales predictions.

- Market analysis: To find new sales possibilities and develop successful sales strategies, keep up with market developments, competitive activity, and industry trends.

Requirements :

- Proven agency sales experience, preferably in the [industry/sector].

- Ability to manage and inspire a sales team and possess strong leadership qualities.

- Good presentation, negotiation, and communication abilities.

- Ability to establish and maintain connections with agency partners.

- A focus on achieving goals and a history of beating sales targets.

- Understanding of sales tactics and sales process management.

- The ability to spot business possibilities and create winning sales tactics requires analytical and strategic thinking abilities.

- Ability to operate independently and with others in a hectic atmosphere.

- Proficiency with sales CRM software and other sales tools.

- A bachelor's degree in any field.

- 3+ years of experience in field sales or BFSI.

Salary : Up to 400000/- as per annum + Other benefits
