Role- Agency Sales Manager

Sales of Health policies of through the agency model.
- Recruit, train agents and generate business through them in the assigned territory.
- Responsible for licensing and tracking activation of the same regularly.
- To meet agents, Lead Providers, intermediaries on a regular basis and maintaining records of the same in a planned manner.

Qualification - Full Time Graduate/PG
Age - 24 to 38
Current Salary - up to 6 LPA
1) Achieving the sales target through Agent and generating business through them.
2) Training the agent to generate business, will be dealing exclusively with Health product
3) Actively liaising with external / internal stakeholders towards structuring large and specialized product deals.
