Agency Sales Manager - Fintech Startup (4-8 yrs)
We are looking for a Agency Sales Manager:
It is a Series-B funded, Chennai headquartered Fintech startup, founded by a team of entrepreneurs with extensive experience in world-class financial services organizations. Our aspiration is to become India's largest and most inclusive Credit facilitator. It aims to do this by creating a single extraordinarily rich source of credit-relevant information, aggregating both traditional and non-traditional data sources.
We have over 1 Million users, work with 40+ lenders and have seen strong traction. We are at an exciting phase of our proposition build out. Our product set caters to 2 stakeholders - consumers on one side and lenders on the other.
The position of Agency Manager offers an opportunity to make a significant difference to the performance of the organization, by enabling telecallers to deliver better performance, productivity and results.
- Manage tele-calling team with close monitoring of Live calls and key focus on Sales
- Drive/guide the team to convince the customers to apply for the eligible products and push the leads to lenders
- Queue Management - track to make sure all call queues getting assigned and cleared on daily basis
- Escalate to inhouse team and sort out the process issues raised by tele-calling team
- Identify and quickly sort out agency issues affecting the calling process
- Identify the training requirements based on the OIC performance
- Graduate with 4+ years experience in managing a tele-calling team
- Should be sales target driven and passionate about tele-calling sales process
- Track-record of achieving 100% sales target achievements
- Ready to handle pressure and interested to work in a start-up environment
- Passionate about Sales and always focuses on delivering high quality referrals
