Agency Sales Manager - BFS (7-8 yrs)
- We are looking for highly motivated Candidates with Sales Background who can work with team and work in field.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Identify sales and marketing opportunities within the assigned districts.
- Ensure that district sales staffs adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with other field sales Agents
- Train them for sales target
- Requite agents and motivate them for achieve goal
- Recruit, train agents and generate business through them in the assigned territory.
- Responsible for licensing and tracking activation of the same regularly.

Candidate Profile :
- Proven work experience as a Sales Person.
- Experience required 0-1 to 7-9 years, Freshers can apply. Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
- Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
- Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills
- Any graduate / Diploma holder can apply with a proven record.
