Salry Range- 1.8 to 2.2 Lakh
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible For selling Life Insurance Product Through Branch or open market channel of business
- Responsible for requirement and management of agents-identify required
- Manage advisors from the respective region
- Train and motivate advisor to provide a better understanding of market/product monitor
- Review agents performance
- Help them achieve maximum business
- Age limit 25 to 40 year
- Education qualification-Graduation any stream
- Experience 1-year field sales
- A resident for at least for a year
- Means to travel locally via own or reliable public convenience
- Android-based smartphone with an active connection as we have spot issuance of insurance policy to the customer through the technology platform.
