Agency Recruitment & Development Manager - Sales - Insurance (2-5 yrs)
- We are looking for an experienced and smart Agency Recruitment and Development Manager to join us. You will be responsible for leading and coordinating the day-to-day activities of the sales team.
Key responsibilities :
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and select qualified candidates for agency positions.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of agency staff, implementing performance improvement plans as needed.
- Set clear and measurable sales targets for the team, aligning with organizational objectives.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to optimize overall sales efforts.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to refine lead-generation tactics.
Candidate Profile :
Age : Minimum 22 Years to maximum 38 years
Qualification : Graduate/MBA
Experience : +2 years in any field of sales
Skills :
- Ability to analyze data and trends to inform decision-making.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Strong Leadership and interpersonal skills.
