Roles and Responsibilities :
- Agents are hired, trained, and then used to generate business in the designated area.
- Training, influencing, and motivating these licenced (agents) to sell insurance
- Having a meeting with prospective customers while using FCs to sell insurance.
- Providing pre- and post-sale assistance ensuring the calibre of the business
- Control choreography for daily, weekly, and monthly events.
- Establish and sustain a relationship with the client

Candidate profile :
- Graduation Required
Experience : 1 to 2 years in sales & marketing
Belong from the same location
Age : 21 to 38
