Designation: ARDM - Agency Recruitment and Development Manager
Salary: 180000LPA to 350000LPA + Incentive
1. Execution of sales strategy - Increase Market reach and penetrations through market segmentation. Seek new customers and increase sales.
2. Responsible for recruitment and management of agents - Identity, recruited, and manage advisors from the respective region.
3. Train and motivate advisors to better understand the market/ market.
4. Monitor and review agents' performance. Help them achieve maximum business.
5. Meet customers regularly for achieving standards.
