Agency Recruitment & Development Manager - Insurance (0-2 yrs)
We have an immediate requirement with our client for the position of ARDM 0-2 yrs.
Roles and responsibilities:
- ARDM will be recruiting advisors, handling the team & generating business from them.
- Achieve sales target in his/ her assigned territory.
- Appointing the sales force team who is already having an IRDA certification.
- Engage, motivate and train the agents to achieve company's targets
Should be from radius of 20Km from Guntur or belongs to Guntur district
Male & Female
MBA freshers & Graduate
Min 2 female candidates with good communication and convincing skills
Good condition Android mobile must
2 wheeler must
People from other than insurance industry
