Agency Partner (AP) - Minimum 8 Yrs Relevant Life Insurance Exp

Business Development Manager (BDM) = Minimum 2 Yrs Relevant Life Insurance Exp -locality min 6 yrs

Digital Sales Manager (DSM) = Minimum 3 Yrs Relevant Life Insurance Exp

Job Description for DSM - Agency :

We are looking for qualified candidates for the Digital Sales Manager role. It is an individual role & not a team handling role. Our ideal DSM has knowledge & experience with the sales processes, excelling at lead generation, relationship building, good communication skills, good convincing skills & understanding of closing deals with partners.

The objective of this role:

1. Represent our company, with a comprehensive understanding of tele calling, hiring, training, advising & driving business from our Life Insurance partners to meet revenue objectives.

2. Achieve the company's objectives through recruiting insurance partners, conducting business opportunity sessions for them, handholding the partners at every training intervention, engaging with partners for sourcing policy & maintaining the relationship with partners & clients.

3. Continuously develop personal leadership, hiring, training & engagement skills.

4. Understanding of social media marketing is a plus.

Skills & Qualification :


- Preferred Age 28-32 years.

- 3+ years of experience in sales within a corporate setting.

- Proven track record of success in Sales.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal & organizational skills.
