Position : Agency Manager - Life Insurance

Responsibilities :

- To reach corporate goals and sales targets, assemble, train, and develop a team of agents.

- Create and maintain close connections with employees and clients to increase customer satisfaction.

- Perform regular agent performance reviews, and offer feedback and guidance to help them perform better.

- Assure adherence to company rules, processes, and legal requirements.

- Create and put into practice sales strategies to expand the agency channel and meet business objectives.

- Handle the agency channel's daily operations, such as sales reporting, incentive programmes, and other operational tasks.

- Work with other departments and interested parties to ensure that your aims and objectives are in line with theirs.

- Make ensuring that sales and other pertinent data are reported promptly and accurately.

CTC : Up to 4.00 LPA + Incentives + Other benefits

Requirements :

- A business or comparable sector bachelor's degree

- 3-5 years' minimum experience in sales and/or agency management in the insurance sector Good interpersonal, communication, and leadership abilities

- The capacity to establish and sustain trusting bonds with clients and agents

- Understanding of insurance services and products

- Good analytical and problem-solving skills

- The capacity to prioritize and successfully manage multiple responsibilities

- Results-driven and client-centered
