Agency Manager - Sales - Life Insurance (2-5 yrs)
- We are seeking a driven Agency Manager to lead agency performance. The agency manager's responsibilities include identifying weaknesses and drawing up improvement plans, setting and meeting monthly targets, and liaising with clients to ensure improved service and product delivery. You should be able to clearly communicate any performance concerns to management and make recommendations.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- The key responsibility of this role is to build a high performing distribution network of Financial Consultants and enable them to sell life insurance policies.
- After the successful completion of training, you will be required to meet your sales target by recruiting, training, managing and driving a team of financial consultants.
- You will be evaluated mainly on your ability to build a strong distribution and sustainable network to meet your business targets.
Required Candidate profile :
- Minimum 2 years in sales and marketing (Pharma, FMCG, BFSI, Consumer Durable)
- Must be Graduate
- Must be local candidates
- Age between 21 to 38 years
