Job Description :

- We are seeking an experienced and motivated Agency Manager to join our team. The Agency Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our agency, managing a team of agents, and driving the success of our agency in achieving its goals.

Key Responsibilities :

Team Leadership : Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of agents to achieve sales targets and objectives.

Sales Strategy : Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.

Client Relationship : Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service and ensuring their needs are met.

Training and Development : Provide training and development opportunities for agents to enhance their skills and product knowledge.

Performance Monitoring : Regularly monitor and evaluate the performance of agents, providing feedback and support to ensure continuous improvement.

Market Research : Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to adapt strategies accordingly.

Reporting : Prepare regular reports on team performance, sales results, and other relevant metrics for management.

Budget Management : Manage the agency's budget effectively and ensure cost control.

Compliance : Ensure that the agency operates in compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in a related field (Business, Marketing, etc.) or equivalent work experience.

- Proven experience in sales and team management, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry.

- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Excellent problem-solving abilities.

- Knowledge of industry regulations and trends.

- Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for data analysis and reporting.
