- Good at speaking in Hindi and English
- Minimum 1 years of experience of Agency Manager, VRM, or Telesales, Customer facing in Bank or upselling in BFSI Industry (Preferable in Insurance)
Role and Responsibilities :
- Recruiting Agents.
- Selling Life insurance Product.
- Motivating to advisor & train them.
- Developing Existing client & provide good services to client.
- Achieving monthly target
- Supervise the activity plan of all agents to ensure that these are being fulfilled as per the desired levels.
- Identify, interview and select new agent
Salary : Upto 4 Lac + PF + Medical Facilities + Attractive Incentives
