Job Title : Agency Sales Manager - Insurance

Job Summary :

- The Agency Manager is responsible for leading and managing the sales team in an insurance agency setting. This includes setting sales goals, developing and implementing sales strategies, and driving sales performance to achieve business targets.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead, inspire, and manage the sales team to meet sales targets and performance objectives.

- Develop and put into action plans for sales in order to increase market share, promote business growth, and hit revenue targets.

- Build and maintain solid connections with clients, including insurance agents, brokers, and other stakeholders, in order to foster business alliances and create new business prospects.

- Monitor and analyse market trends, competition activity, and sales performance to spot areas for improvement. Regularly report to top management and solicit their input.

- Training, mentoring, and coaching sales team members will help them perform better and develop their abilities. This will also ensure that the team is prepared to meet sales goals.

Qualifications :

- A bachelor's degree in any field.

- 3 years of experience in field sales and marketing.

- Having a track record of hitting sales goals and have proven sales expertise, preferably in the insurance industry

- Possessing strong leadership qualities and the capacity to inspire, direct, and build a sales team

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the capacity to establish and maintain connections with clients and stakeholders

- A focus on results and a strong desire to accomplish goals for the company

- Abilities to analyse industry trends, spot possibilities, and put into practise successful sales methods

- Knowledge of insurance policies, coverage, and rules

- Strong organisational abilities with the capacity to successfully handle multiple projects and prioritise

- Adept at using sales tools

CTC : Up to 4.00 LPA + Incentives + Other benefits
